About Nivedita

As a Child therapist, I always learn something from a child's uniqueness before the world has an impact on them. Every child is in the process of developing their own identity and values. It's important to nurture and bring out those values during childhood. Respecting their emotions plays a major role in molding a child into a responsible adult. In my experience as a child therapist for 4+ years, I learned that you can never change a child for who you want them to be, you could only support their development of identity/personality and guide the challenging parts to the right path. I started working with kids in 2018 during my masters in Clinical Psychology and I continue working with children with special needs, with history of trauma, in coparenting households etc and enjoy working with children of all ages and backgrounds! In my spare time, I love to take my dogs on treks, hikes. I also watch inspirational and informative documentaries
