Marlen was our nanny from Summer 2024 to Fall 2025. She is energetic, responsible, reliable, and passionate about her job. In partnership with other caretakers, she looked after our two toddler sons over the ages of 1 to 3 years old. One of our sons is high energy and particular, and she was good with him. She was also great with our more chill son and our adventurous baby girl. Marlen sometimes helped with her, too, though her job was mostly with our toddler boys. Marlen always perfectly prepped the cars for the park, and took initiative on the team. She has a reliable car. She would do great with a family whose parents both work full time who appreciate her leadership and responsibility. She is fully trustworthy. She has a fun personality. She also took amazing Christmas photos for our family last year. Our kids who both are in preschool now and will greatly miss her.
