About Nishanthi

I am a highly experienced daycare provider with a strong background in early childhood education and behavioral support. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and Special Education, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to understand and support children's diverse developmental needs. In addition to my academic qualifications, I am a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have extensive hands-on experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Throughout my career, I have provided both group and one-on-one care, tailoring my approach to meet each child's unique needs. I have experience implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, using evidence-based strategies to promote skill development in communication, social interaction, self-help, and play. My compassionate and patient approach allows me to build trusting relationships with both children and their families. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid.
