About Mercedes

As a caregiver, my passion is to help children grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment. With 20 years of experience, I have been fortunate to positively impact the lives of many children. I have a college degree and am a certified nursing assistant with First Aid and CPR training. My approach to childcare is patient, calm, and creative. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to ensure their child's needs are met. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. My favorite activities with children include outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for two children, ages 0-11. I am also willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. My fluency in English and Spanish allows me to connect with a diverse range of families. I am committed to providing exceptional care and look forward to the opportunity to support your family.
