About Emma

Hi! I'm Emma, and I have over four years of professional childcare experience, including full-time nannying for newborns through school-aged children. I also worked for two years at the YMCA Child Care Center, caring for children of all ages in a classroom setting. I have experience with everything newborn care, developmental activities, planning engaging daily routines, preparing meals, and caring for children with multiple food allergies. I'm CPR/AED certified, have a clean driving record, am a non-smoker, and am comfortable with pets. I'm currently earning my bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology and plan to continue my education by earning my BSN before becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). My education has given me a strong understanding of child development, emotional regulation, behavior, and creating positive, supportive relationships with children to help them learn, grow, and thrive!
