I have 18 years of experience in working with Adult Elderly and teens. Both in their homes and facility. My passion for elderly care is founded on a deep appreciation of the need for personal connections. For example trust and respect. I focus on building that with each and every client are serve. That's why I meet with every client individually, in other to learn and understand their unique needs, wants, and preferences. Getting to know my client has enable me to provide their families a peace of mind. My experience in working as a care-giver had brought me so many changes such as being caring, patience, compassion, empathetic and understandable. I respect each client values and believes. Communicating with each client on a professional level helps me understand my responsibilities as your caregiver.
