About Nina

Hi! I have 20 years of experience in education, primarily working with children with special needs. I have a background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and extensive experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), following individualized behavior plans, and supporting children who use augmentative communication (AAC) devices. I'm patient, dependable, and enjoy building connections with the children I work with. I understand that every child has their own unique personality, strengths, and needs, and I love helping them learn, grow, and have fun along the way! I'm moving away from the classroom but I still want to work with children! As both a mom and an experienced educator, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your child. My goal is to provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment where your child feels comfortable and cared for. In my spare time, I like to hike with my dogs and believe it or not, do yard work!
