About Tess

Hi! I'm Tess, a licensed registered nurse (BSN, minor in Biology) with a calm, compassionate approach to care. While I'm currently applying for full-time RN roles, I'm also offering caregiving, nannying, and support for individuals with a variety of developmental, behavioral, or health needs in the meantime. I have over four years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with autism and complex medical needs. My clinical training includes hands on experience at Boston Children's and other hospital settings, where I assisted with care for children recovering from serious illnesses or surgeries- many of whom required close monitoring, medical equipment, or specialized support. I bring empathy, clinical judgment, and a sense of responsibility to every role. I'd be happy to talk about how I can tailor care to fit your loved one's specific needs. I'm BLS-certified, licensed in Massachusetts, and committed to providing safe, personalized, and family-centered care.
