I have been in the childcare/caretaker field for 10 years now. I have worked both part time and full time private care jobs as well as 2 daycare centers and a Montessori school. I've honed my skills in nurturing individuals of all ages, from newborns to those with unique needs, particularly within the autism spectrum. Raised in a household deeply rooted in Montessori philosophy, I've internalized principles of respect, independence, and individualized care. I feel that this lesson is the most important lesson I've learned and was lucky enough to be raised by my mom who has been a Montessori teacher for 30 years and my mentor. We hired Nina to babysit for our 4 year old on four separate weekdays of varying hours. She was always on time and did a lot of fun stuff with our son! She took him to the park, the pet store, and tried going to the pool but it was closed. Our son had a blast. We will definitely use Nina again!
