Va is the all in one provider. She is prompt and communicates well. For an interview, she was dressed appropriately and arrived on time. I hired Va to drive my girls to activities during the summer. I feel comfortable while they are in the car with her and they both have grown to enjoy her company. When she drops them back off at home, they don't want to get out of the car they want to keep talking to her. It is tough to build that rapport with teenage girls.
