About Nina

Hello! My name is Nina . Born and raised in Cincinnati, I am a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (BFA Art History) and I'm living at home as I apply to graduate school. I started working with kids when I was 15, babysitting for all of middle and high school. I've worked with children from 6 months to teenagers. I helped organize and teach the crafts segment of my church's VBS program and was a visiting art instructor last year at the Xavier Montessori lab school. I nannied full time 3 summers ago and was also during my junior year of college. I currently babysit on weekends and have experience watching my younger cousins with developmental disabilities. I have lots of empathy for children who are "higher-strung" or shy. I was also an anxious child myself and know how helpful a good babysitter can be. I enjoy doing crafts, elaborate make believe games and activities like cooking and reading with kids. I am happy to help with summer homework and studying too.
