Nilda is a well prepared caretaker. She is focused on developmental activities helping our son develop through the different stages in learning from, but not limited to, both fine and gross psychomotor skills to bilingualism (Spanish, full immersion.), to mathematics (geometry - shapes and colors - in both English and Spanish.) Her dedication, patience, discipline and disposition makes her a great companion to taking care of our son. Due to her interpersonal skills, our son is learning, and being reinforced, manners being taught in our house. She is another example for our son to look up to. Our son is learning new things every day with her. I would strongly recommend Nilda to anyone who wants a very capable caretaker.
