About Nikkiyah

I'm a young woman who has always had a passion for working with children. I have hands-on experience from working at a before and after care center, where I supported children in a safe and engaging environment. I also work as a substitute for Montgomery County Public Schools, which has helped me build strong classroom management skills and adapt to different age groups and learning styles. Currently, I'm a high school cheer coach, where I mentor and guide students through teamwork and leadership. I'm also studying Early Childhood Education at Morgan State University, which deepens my understanding of child development every day. In addition to childcare, I'm open to helping with light cleaning, meal prep, and car pick-up and drop-off, as I understand how important it is to support the whole family's routine.
