About Kaila

I'm caring, reliable, and patient. I enjoy working with kids because I'm a mom myself and understand how important it is for children to feel safe, supported, and cared for. I love helping them learn, grow, and be comfortable being themselves. I started working with kids at 17 in 2017 and have continued building my experience since then. I'm looking for a positive and supportive environment where I can make a difference and use my patience and caring nature every day. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my kids, doing fun activities, and relaxing. I'm also a mother of twins, which has made me very dependable and great at handling multiple responsibilities. I currently work part-time as an in-home caregiver, providing support with compassion and reliability. My skills include: cooking, cleaning, teaching, communication, patience, organization, time management, multitasking, and creating a safe, positive environment.
