I'd describe my personality as calm, kind, and consistent I like working with kids because I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing environment where they feel supported, understood, and free to be themselves. I'm looking for a full time position with a family where there's clear communication, mutual respect, and consistency. I work best in environments where I'm trusted, and supported. I started working with kids in April 2025 when I first started substitute teaching at MCPS. In my spare time, I like to design nail art, play with my cat Savannah, or hangout with friends. I also love to travel. One thing you should know about me is I'm reliable, attentive, and I treat every child with the same care and patience I would want for my own family. I also balance structure and fun. I can keep routines on track while still creating an engaging, positive environment for kids My skills include patience and emotional awareness, routine management, and planning activities.
