We feel so lucky to have met Nikki! My daughters loved her, she was great at getting the girls out of the house on fun outings, and was very flexible whenever there was a last minute sickness or change of plans. She was punctual and reliable. She took initiative, came up with fun crafts too. Never complained of pitching in with things out of her scope, never had to be asked. She was just what we needed!
