My name is Niki, I am 27 years old. I have a bachelor's for business as well as a Masters in Management. Although my schooling is in business, my passion is caring for children. I love kids & have several years of experience with newborn ages and up. I am creative, trustworthy, loyal, bubbly, and dependable. I LOVE to do activities/crafts with kids so craft supplies are a must. I prefer using a Montessori approach when teaching. I am also big on research with child psychology, kids activities, and anything that can help me to better work with kids. I am big on rules and discipline, which must align with the parents to help with child development. I am focused on helping kids build confidence, kindness, understand empathy, feel loved, as well as teaching them new skills and responsibilities. I love and care for children as if they are my own so they will always come first. *I do NOT have my COVID vaccine and I am not comfortable with getting it so please keep that in mind.*

Nikki was our families first nanny so as you can guess we were so nervous at first. After the first few days we knew she was a great fit! Our kids LOVED her. She always went above and beyond to keep our kids engaged, happy, and in a routine. She was always on time, very flexible, and communicative. We were very sad to see her go but so excited for the next family she gets to help!
