After the interested caregiver reached out to me to apply for our nanny position, I asked her for her availability for an in-person interview and provided her with my phone number. She proceeded to ask me everything that was already disclosed on the job post and also the information I had already given her via care messages. She texted me asking me to give her all the position detailed information via text, rather than show up for a formal interview for the position she was applying for. Zero professionalism displayed.
