Valentina (Nicoll) has babysat for us several times over the past year, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is always punctual, kind, and does a fantastic job feeding, brushing teeth, and getting our 4 year old and 16 month old ready for bed. She is also a bit of a “baby whisperer”. Our youngest has some major separation anxiety, and Valentina is able to keep her calm and even get her to sleep most evenings (this isn’t easy to do). Our son also LOVES playing with her. Cannot sign her praises enough!
