About Nicole

Memory Care has been the heart of my career for over 24 years. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), CNA, and HHA, I specialize in Alzheimer's care and bring calm communication, patience, and compassion to every interaction. I support all Activities of Daily Living, including transfers and mobility, and have experience with respite and end of life care. I provide autonomized care tailored to each person's unique needs and always respect their individuality and dignity. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications and am skilled in de escalation and adapting to changing routines. My goal is to make a meaningful impact and offer families peace of mind. I believe in open communication, and appreciate as much input from family as well. I want to provide as much communication, and will always be available to provide updates, via text, or phone!
