My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a professional, detail-oriented mindset. I understand the importance of building genuine connections by truly understanding each person's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. My goal is to make a positive impact on your loved one's life and be a reliable support for your family. I would love to bring my skills to your home.
