I have a passion for working with the elderly. I LOVE spending time with them and helping make their life easier as well as the caretakers. I help my parents as well a lot as my father has Parkinson's and cannot drive or do stuff by himself. I see my mother go through just needing get away time as well and that is what I love to do, help people who need someone they can trust!! I was my husbands 24/7 caretaker for over a year and 1/2 due to multiple surgeries, stage 3 colorectal cancer,, chemo and radiation. I live here in Truesdale. Let me know if you would like to meet. Denise is very caring and supportive of my dad. She helps him take his evening meds, helps with dinner, walks with to get a bit of exercise and even helps with groceries when needed. He looks forward to her company and conversations. I particularly appreciate that she keeps us posted about how he’s doing each time or if she has a concern.
