Nicole was a great caregiver for my 18 month old, keeping him happy and engaged all day with lots of reading, songs, and imaginative play. What I appreciated most about her was her willingness to take my son outside to play rain or shine, which is key in our Oregon winters to get those wiggles out. She was also super helpful with food and laundry for the kids.
