Absolutely outstanding! Nicole is knowledgable, professional, very capable, and most of all truly kind and caring. She is adaptable and always listens to what you need. A great problem-solver. She helped my family care for my mother with dementia for over a year. She helped us with all stages of the disease from the smallest things to the biggest medical emergencies. And she always did so with so much care and compassion. We have worked with many caregivers over the years, Nicole is especially outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family.
