I'd describe my personality as versatile, militant, and charismatic. I am currently a student at Miami Dade College pursuing a degree in nursing. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about patient care and committed to making a difference in people's lives. I currently work in a skilled nursing facility where I provide direct hands on care to residents every day. My responsibilities include assisting with bathing, toileting, feeding, transferring, taking vital signs, supporting mobility, and maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and safety. I am also a medication technician, responsible for administering medications safely and accurately. I use PointClickCare for documentation to ensure all care and treatments are properly recorded. Working in this environment has taught me patience, resilience, strong communication, and teamwork. It has strengthened my desire to become a nurse and deepened my commitment to compassionate, quality care.
