About Nicole

I am seeking clients in need of companion care for seniors or persons with special needs in/around Jacksonville, FL. I have worked professionally with children for over 17 years as a nanny, specialty learning instructor/tutor, and behavioral and integrative therapist. Recently, I have become the sole manager of my parents' long-distance senior care; they are both in fine health and, hopefully, have many more good years ahead, but it has gotten me interested in switching my focus back to seniors. Growing up, I volunteered working with seniors in companion care and stroke rehabilitation, as well as assisted my parents for many years in the hands-on care of my aging grandparents, who eventually passed with Dementia and Alzheimer's. I am an intuitive caregiver who focuses first on the primary needs of my clients, then on interactive engagement and quality of living. I'm looking for clients who I can treat as I want my own parents to be treated, and look forward to connecting with you!
