Nicole was awesome! Very kind, caring. She went above and beyond and took care of The kids even when they were sick. She is very dependable and would often be able to make a short notice change which I appreciated. She helped us huge in the summer. Didn't worry about the kids while in her care either. We were sad to see her go.
