I had a phone interview with Nicole, explained my care needs, and all seemed well, so I arranged to have her come over and train with one of my caregivers. That went well and she agreed to provide me with caregiving two nights a week. Two days beforehand I doublechecked with her, and she said “awesome I look forward to seeing you and your sister at six on Thursday”. Thursday evening came and she never showed up and has not responded to any communication since the. Do yourself and your family a favor and don’t under any circumstances count on Nicole to provide your health care.
