Hi, I'm Nicole -- a stay-at-home mom of three and homeschool educator and am opening up my in-home daycare to more kiddos here in Centerton. For 7+ years, I've cared for all kinds of little ones (ages 1-5) with a large focus on early development, creativity, and emotional support, etc. We have such amazing days here, and I'm really big on keeping the fun structured, but also engaging. I try to blend our learning time with our play time, outdoor activities, gardening, and other events we have through the given week. (we even have chickens arriving soon). Because it's important I'll let you know up front, I AM CPR/First Aid certified, and I am proud to have early childhood training. I am fluent in ASL and keep a small, personal group (currently working with a few families part-time), so each child receives the individualized care they need. I'm happy to align with your routines, values, and communication preferences! I would love to connect and see if we're a good fit
Nicole that's great with children and parents alike! I am very picky on who I leave my child with and how they are allowed to express themselves, and Nicole is excellent at understanding that! I have always taught my child to be very open on communication and whereas it's still a work in progress for some people she is around she feels very comfortable with Nicole and enjoys spending time at her in home daycare! Nicole allows for communication during the day if needed and will send updates throughout the day if anything is going on. Even the time that my child twisted her ankle outside playing she was able to not only tell me that immediately on arrival but she also told me what they did to help her and make it better. Also with my schedule and being a little bit weird here lately it hasn't been a problem for her. She is willing to work around schedules and help when needed even if it is a last minute adjustment and has very non-standard daycare times for availability. Nicole is also very open about her own life and makes it a little bit easier to transition into care. She has a understanding about life that lets you know that she's willing to help even when things get tough and she is there for you even if it's just needing to talk. I would definitely recommend Nicole for both long-term and home daycare purposes as well as short-term babysitting gigs as needed.
