Hi, I'm Kayla! I'm a mom who understands how much support can change the day-to-day experience of a household. When my daughter was young, I had part-time help while working full time-and it made all the difference. Now in a new season, I feel called to offer that same support to another family. I'm here to help your home run more smoothly in whatever ways matter most-keeping spaces tidy and organized, maintaining a clean, stocked kitchen with healthy food, or being an extra set of hands during busy days. I'm CPR certified, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), a trained birth doula, and certified in perinatal nutrition. I value clear communication and take ownership once given direction.
