About Nicole

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is truly important to me. With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and hospice services. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is essential to me.
