Making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is truly important to me. My seven years of experience have reinforced my passion for supporting well-being and independence. As a Certified Home Health Aide with CPR and First Aid Training as well as NAR(Nurse Delegated) also will be Certified Nurses Assistant by the end of May, I offer respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, and more. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether through written reports or verbal updates. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. Providing reliable care and supporting families is my goal.
