We've been beyond thankful to have Nicole as our nanny for our son and his cousin for the last two years. Nicole is incredibly professional and provides consistent and clear communication and embraces our families' parenting styles and routines while providing helpful ideas on how to troubleshoot any issues we're experiencing (nap refusals, starting solids, how to redirect behavior).
