Hello families, I am looking for my next nanny family. I have been a nanny for a little over two years. And previously worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities for 4 1/2 years. Most of my experience is with children aged 10 months to 6 years old. I'm a very warm, loving and patient Nanny. I practice attachment focused caretaking and use Montessori influence in my caretaking style. I'm a very active nanny. I love taking kids to parks museums holiday events around town and finding classes like art and music class to sign them up for. I am also interested in applying for family assistant jobs where I help take care of household chores and errands while older kids are in school and assist with pick up and after school activities. I am seeking 32 to 35 hours per week Monday through Thursday, but I am flexible.

Madelin is an amazing nanny. She has worked for us for almost a year watching our 1 year old daughter and another 1 year old kiddo. Madelin was quick to learn each child and is always attentive to their needs. She was able to manage both young toddlers who had different nap schedules at first, and worked on supporting each kid with their individual needs. She is an absolute joy to be around and the kids adore her. Her communication skills are great, and she is so kind, patient, and loving with the kids. Anyone who would hire her will be lucky as she truly is so attuned and aware of others.
