We've been beyond thankful to have Nicole as our nanny for our son and his cousin for the last two years. She has been invaluable to our boys' growth and development and always brings positive and nurturing energy, creative activities planned, and fun to every day. Nicole is incredibly professional and provides consistent and clear communication and embraces our families' parenting styles and routines while providing helpful ideas on how to troubleshoot any issues we're experiencing (nap refusals, starting solids, how to redirect behavior). She integrated smoothly into our families and we trust her completely with the boys. I've had other parents come up to me to tell me how amazing she is with the kids many times!
