Hi, I'm Lily! I'm looking forward to connecting with you and learning more about your family! I began my professional childcare experience in the classroom, working alongside experienced teachers with children of various ages. I have training in Montessori education, CPR, and First Aid, and have since nannied for several families, including childcare experiences abroad. Most recently, I had the privilege of directing a local school's preschool enrichment program. I especially love childcare within the home, where I can provide individualized, intentional care in a clean, safe, low-screen environment. I focus on developmentally appropriate play, hands-on experiences, and discipline through connection and clear boundaries. I'm also someone who naturally jumps in when I see something that could be helpful around the home, whether that's tidying, organizing, or helping with children's needs throughout the day.
