Hi! I'm looking for a family to nanny-share with our 3. 5-year-old starting this fall. This will be with our incredible nanny who we've had for the past year. We nanny-shared her with our 6-year-old and it was a very positive experience for both our families. For those who don't know what a nanny share is, it's when two families hire one nanny to watch their kids during the day. Our nanny likes to take the kids on lots of outdoor excursions during the day like going to the library, splash pad and park playdates with friends. Both families split the cost. Typical hours would be around 11:30 a.m. -3:30pm, with flexibility for later hours. We are located in El Dorado Hills. Please feel free to message me for details and happy to answer any questions!
