My mom ran an in home daycare from our house my whole life. I worked in a daycare with infants and toddlers for 3 years before moving to nannying for the last 2 and a half years. Ive been babysitting on weekends and nights since I was 12 years old. I provide structure through routines and planned activities that encourage learning and independence. I focus on age appropriate basic life skills (like getting dressed, tidying up, and simple chores), manners (sharing, taking turns, polite language), and building executive functioning skills (following directions, transitioning between activities, planning simple tasks, and problem-solving). I love turning everyday moments into opportunities to learn and grow. I'm CPR and first aid certified. I am looking for a full-time position and open to working with all age ranges.
