"Nikki" worked for us this last school year for after school childcare. I was lucky to get her when a previous position ended! She is warm, genuine and very caring- she fit in easily with our family. She is trustworthy and reliable. She drove my children (12, 8) to activities, kept our house tidy and beautifully folds laundry (it's silly- but really impressive). We have other childcare planned for this summer so we don't need now, but she's a real gem. Good luck.
