Meet Nicole

Hello! My name is Nicole, and I am an experienced, nurturing, fun-loving, responsible, and imaginative caregiver of local little ones (especially infants/toddlers), focused on cultivating their cognitive, emotional, and physical growth and development while maintaining a safe environment for them to thrive. Are your little ones tummy time masters or mastering coos? Do your kids like to create masterpieces and get lost in stories or explore nature and build forts? I love and encourage it all!

I have been an infant-to-toddler nanny for four local families, plus I have locally cared for +20 families with ages ranging from 1-week-old to 10 years old! I am Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified, have a squeaky clean background (checks available!), and I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs. Prior to attending NYU, I was an Educator at the Children's Discovery Museum (4 years), a babysitter (8 years), and a camp counselor (3 years).

Tallulah (my partner) and I enthusiastically recommend Nicole for child care. Our daughter, S. (19 months), also does in her own way ('recommend' isn't in her vocabulary yet). We saw how thoroughly she enjoyed her time with Nicole and how much she developed and learned under Nicole's care. We know this in part because, without our asking, Nicole would send us videos and wonderful photos of her during the day. Nicole cared for S. from infancy into toddlerhood and always had fun activities for her appropriate to her age. For example, she would play music for S. and they would have little "dance parties" from the time she was using furniture to stand up with. One thing we really appreciated was how much Nicole took S. out: for walks to the dog park (she loves watching all the dogs), to the playground to swing and explore, and to the library for sing-alongs. Nicole read many books to S. daily, truly caring for her growth.
