Hello families - My name is Nick and I am looking for a part time gig (15-20 hours) for any help that your family might need. I am a DC resident and currently live in the Shaw area and would love to work with a family that is fun and engaging. I wouldn't mind helping out during the weekends/date nights in the future as well. A little about me: I am a certified DCPS teacher. I have taught middle school, world geography, AP Human Geography and US History at the HS level. I teach with 35 kids in the room and am one of 4 children myself - so I know how to handle, manage and structure around "crazy". Before I started working, I nannied for and became friends with a family of 6 for 3 years and loved it. I am an avid runner and swimmer - so fitness and being active is important to me to keep the kids (and myself) busy.
