We hired Nicki while we were in town for a business trip and needed coverage for 5.5 hours for a dinner. We have a 10 year old, 6 year old and 3 month old. From the very beginning communication was wonderful! She was on time and also brought her 13 year old daughter, whom my kids loved! She sent me pictures and updated me throughout the night, which I appreciated since this was our first experience using this website. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her for your babysitting needs
