Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With a graduate degree and 20 years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in making Math and Reading both accessible and engaging. I believe every student possesses unique strengths, so I tailor my approach by using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to build confidence. By breaking complex concepts into manageable steps, I foster a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are a collaborative team. Seeing a student's confidence soar as they master a difficult skill is the most rewarding part of my work.
