I have over 5 years of senior care experience as a live-in caregiver for my grandmother during my undergrad studies. She suffered from dementia and was responsible for a wide range of duties. Experience included: (+) cooking for a family home of 4 with medical diet restrictions (+) Household Errands (+)Medication pick up and transport to/from doctor appointments (+)Companionship + facilitating physical therapy exercises. As a current graduate student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, I am pursuing a PhD in mechanical engineering. My experience ranges from working at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory to being a fellow at Stanford University's Institute of Design.
