Hi! My name is Nia and I have roughly six years of experience in child care, with five of those years being in professional settings. I have been a teacher's assistant and lead substitute in preschool and elementary settings, and I love helping the kiddos I work with develop. I have about two years of experience working with children on the spectrum (ages 4-16) and high-risk youth, and am capable of managing challenging behaviors and supporting the development of social-emotional skills. My most recent jobs included the roles of a Behavior Technician and Youth Specialist at a foster care receiving center, though I also cared for a family of three for a year.
