Hi! My name is Nia, and I am an experienced educator with over 11 years in the classroom. I currently work as a teacher and have also served as a grade team leader, giving me strong experience supporting students academically, behaviorally, and socially. I specialize in helping students build confidence in reading, especially with decoding, comprehension, and foundational literacy skills. I also support homework help, study skills, and test preparation. I am patient, encouraging, and focused on meeting students where they are while helping them grow step by step.
