About Nia

My name is Nia , and I'm a recent graduate of Spelman College with a degree in psychology and a strong foundation in childhood development. I'm a dedicated caregiver with three years of experience working with children from 9 months old to early teens. My background includes babysitting, tutoring, and working as a camp counselor, where I cared for multiple children and led a variety of activities including arts & crafts, outdoor play, and educational games. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, supported, and free to be themselves. I lead with empathy, and always look for creative ways to engage with kids through play and learning. I'm looking for childcare opportunities with kind-hearted, welcoming families. Outside of caregiving, I love spending time outdoors, crocheting, painting, and reading. I look forward to meeting your family and becoming someone you can count on!
