About Nia

I have been nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives is my passion. For the past five years(almost 6 yrs) I've had the joy of caring for children with childhood developmental disorders with varying ages, from 18 months old to teenagers. I have some college experience about to graduate, plus First Aid Training, CPR Trained, RBT Certification, and Early Child Development Coursework. I prioritize open communication with you, providing verbal updates at pickup. When teaching I use positive reinforcement to teach the lessons and guide the students to the correct answers then fade my guidance out for the students to independently work. My attention to detail, patience, and determination help me stay flexible and provide the best care possible. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring spirit to your family and create a fun, supportive environment for your children to learn!
