Some specific examples of my childcare and coaching experience include: my experience as a New York University Alternative Spring Breaks site leader and as an America Reads tutor. As an NYU site leader, I lead 15 freshman college students on a community service trip to Stone Mountain, Georgia. This included booking transportation and loading, in addition to finding all meals while in Georgia and creating an itinerary for the trip. I was a Site Leader for two of my four college years. As an America Reads tutor, I spent a year in a second-grade classroom as supporting the teacher. I was responsible for assisting the students with school assignments, arts, and crafts, and preparing them for dismissal. I also accompanied my classroom to field trips around NYC! This including the Natural History Museum and Prospect Park.
