Welcome! My name is Nevaeh, but I prefer to go by Nev! I've been in childcare since 2020, but grew up with many younger siblings, and cousins! Since before I can remeber I have been caring for kids! I recently left the center that I had been at for two years, for a mental reset! Some of my hobbies include hiking, traveling, cooking, listening to music, and runningI have nannied for three families now, and have been working in childcare centers for 2 and a half years. While working in the centers I have completed 100+ hours of in-service ECE courses such as Early Childhood Development, Special Education, Culture Inclusiveness, Supporting Families in Crisis, and many more. I have always had a passion and fascination for children. I would love to work for a family that is comfortable with me taking the kids on adventures, new parks, the zoo, walks, children's museum ect. I value having a strong connection with the families I work for; going for adventures is a great way to do that!

We hired Nevy two summers in a row to nanny our infant and toddler boys. She is energetic, patient, and creative, which our boys were drawn to. She also respects routine and followed our wishes regarding food choices and movie time. She observes what will work best and builds her daily plan off what the boys most enjoyed, which was a lot of outdoor adventures. I bought tickets for her to take them to the drive through Dinosaur Adventures this past summer. My 3 year old STILL talks about it! Nevy is especially talented with infants. A fussy baby is no match for her cradling arms. She could soothe our baby boy with ease. She still visits, and our boys run to her with arms wide open. The boys truly enjoyed their summers under Nevy's care.
